padi8 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any associated policies:

Access to and use of the padi8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifecycle of their Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. padi8 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an Account, access the Services, or place any wager. This age requirement applies regardless of the age of majority in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by padi8 or any third-party responsible-gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of padi8 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or software providers.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of accessing and using the Services in your jurisdiction before doing so.

To access the full range of padi8 Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions govern Account registration:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the padi8 platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether under your own identity or under a different name or identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. padi8 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of information provided.
• Username and password: You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. padi8 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.
• KYC verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at padi8's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by padi8 may result in withdrawal suspension.
• Registration confirmation: Account registration is complete only upon padi8's confirmation. padi8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your padi8 Account. padi8 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent padi8 customer support.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact padi8 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

padi8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Wagers placed and transactions processed through your Account prior to you reporting a security compromise to padi8 support will be deemed valid and binding.

All financial transactions on the padi8 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• padi8 supports deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. E-wallet minimum deposits start from Rp 10.000.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• padi8 does not charge internal transfer fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which padi8 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation of successful payment. In rare cases of technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your padi8 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. padi8 reserves the right to request documentation before approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed within your account dashboard. padi8 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where: (a) KYC documentation has not been completed; (b) the account is under review for suspected prohibited conduct; (c) active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding; or (d) a technical error requires investigation.
• padi8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit irregular patterns, in accordance with its internal fraud prevention procedures.

padi8 offers a range of promotions, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus abuse: padi8 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Certain promotions specify a maximum withdrawal amount attributable to bonus-derived winnings. Where such a cap applies, it is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• padi8's discretion: padi8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to refuse the award of a bonus to any player where padi8 has reasonable grounds to believe the player does not satisfy eligibility criteria.

All wagers placed on the padi8 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product vertical (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, togel, sabung ayam). The following general rules apply across all verticals:

• A wager is confirmed and binding once accepted by the padi8 system and a confirmation reference is issued. padi8 is not liable for wagers that were not completed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• padi8 reserves the right to void any wager where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the wager was placed as a result of a system error, displayed in error, or placed in violation of these Terms.

No licence is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software on the padi8 platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the padi8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or using a false identity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using padi8 for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit bonus mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider-information betting in connection with any event offered on the padi8 sportsbook.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward padi8 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or platform access controls through VPN, proxy, or any other means.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, padi8 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the padi8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from system failure, cyberattack, or other causes beyond padi8's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Actions taken by padi8 in good faith compliance with applicable law, including account suspension or transaction freezing.

padi8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your padi8 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

padi8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the player.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, padi8 will return any verified, withdrawable real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification and padi8's anti-fraud review. Return of funds may take up to 10 business days.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by padi8 is governed by the padi8 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which padi8 is licensed and regulated internationally.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through padi8's internal dispute resolution process. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws when accessing the padi8 platform.
